  1. Complimentary Registration for the Entire Event
    We welcome you, as a speaker, to attend the entire event, including tutorials, conference sessions, demonstrations and exhibits, as well as all meals and social functions. You will be exempt from any conference registration fee. The Speaker Release form at the Speaker Resource Center serves as your registration for the entire event.
  2. Two Complimentary Session Passes
    You will receive two complimentary session passes to be used in the session in which you are speaking. These passes can be given to two guests of your choice. These passes can be requested at the Speaker Services desk when you arrive onsite at the event. Please note each guest will need to register for a Demo Pavilion Only conference badge to use in conjunction with the session pass. Demo Pavilion Only registration can be completed online. There is no fee for this type of registration.

  3. Unlimited Number of Complimentary Demo Pavilion Passes
    As a speaker, you are entitled to an unlimited number of Demo Pavilion Only passes to send to your colleagues and customers, compliments of your company. Each pass allows an individual free access to the Demo Pavilion only (no access to conference sessions). You may request these by contacting Jon Osing at 630-986-1432, x503 or at .
  4. Team Discounts for Colleague Registrations
    Since you will be speaking at Enterprise Connect Amsterdam 2008, anyone from your company may register to attend the conference at a €100 team discount. Please instruct your colleagues to ask for the team discount when registering.
  5. Publicity
    Your name and company name will be featured in promotional mailings for Enterprise Connect Amsterdam 2008 and on the Enterprise Connect Amsterdam 2008 website.
