Onsite: You may pick up your badge and conference materials when you arrive at VoiceCon at the Speaker Services desk, located in the Lounge/Forum. The Speaker Services hours are:

  • Monday, October 13 - TBD
  • Tuesday, October 14 - 7:00am - 6:00pm
  • Wednesday, October 15 - 8:00am- 6:00pm
  • Thursday, October 16 - 8:00am - 5:30pm

Your presentation will be loaded on show management computers at VoiceCon. You will not need to bring your laptop to the session room. Feel free to review your presentation at the Speaker Services desk. Please note we will NOT be able to accept any changes to your presentation onsite.

FAQ:

  • Question: May I attend other sessions at VoiceCon? Answer: Yes. As a speaker, you are given a complimentary registration to the entire VoiceCon event. Please note that this registration is not transferrable.
  • Question: Can I have colleagues attend my session? Answer: Yes. Each speaker at VoiceCon is entitled to two session passes for colleagus. Session passes can be picked up in the Speaker Services desk.
