*Early Payment Discount: Check or credit card payment must be received in full by 3 October 2008 to receive the Early Payment discount. Purchase orders not paid in full by this date will not be eligible for discount. If payment is not received on or before the qualifying date, registrant will be responsible for the full registration fee.

**Group Discount: Register 3 or more people from the same company for the Entire Event or Conference Only at the same time and receive €125 off EACH registration! Tutorial Only and Demo Pavilion Only registrants are not eligible for Team Discounts. Registrations must be paid in full by 10 October 2008 to receive the Team Discount. On-site registrations will not be eligible for Team Discounts. All Team Discount registrations must be from the same company and sent at the same time (within 24 hours of each other). Each person qualifying for the team discount must complete a separate registration form.

***Government Rate: Limited to government employees with proper credentials.

Who Gets What?

  • Entire Event attendees may attend all conference session and keynotes including Tutorials
  • Conference Only attendees may attend keynotes and conference sessions on Wednesday and Thursday
  • Tutorial Only attendees may attend the Tuesday Tutorial sessions only
  • Demo Pavilion Only may attend the show floor and receptions
  • Entire Event, Conference Only and Tutorial Only may attend show floor and receptions

 

Payment and Cancellations

Payment in full by 13 October 2008, is required to guarantee admittance to the VoiceCon Amsterdam 2008 conference. Unpaid registrants will not be admitted to the conference.

Cancellations received by UBM less than 10 business days before the event (after 30 September 2008) are subject to a €50 processing fee.

Registrants who do not attend and have not canceled in advance are liable for the full fee. In the unlikely event of cancellation of the conference for any reason, the liability of TechWeb is limited to the return of paid registration fees.

Badges are not transferable; however, registration substitutions may be made at any time. All incoming registrations from outside the United States must be accompanied by a credit card payment, or payment must be wired within 48 hours of registration.

All registrations received within 10 business days before the start of the event (after 30 September 2008) must be accompanied by a credit card payment.
